
How To Set Up Payments
Once we’ve confirmed your child’s place and you’ve received your confirmation email, please click on the relevant button below to complete the Direct Debit setup form.
We will then take care of setting up your payments for you. Please note that your place isn’t fully confirmed until your Direct Debit has been set up.
As with all Direct Debits, your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Payments are collected on the 2nd of each month. If you’d prefer a different payment date, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to arrange it. Payments are taken in advance and continue throughout the year.
When you join us, there’s a £5 membership fee per child, which reserves your space and includes your Seahorses swimming hat.
Your child’s place is reserved for the full term. If you’d like to finish lessons at the end of a term, we require 6 weeks’ term-time notice in writing. We will adjust and cancel your direct debit so that you’ve paid for the right number of lessons. Please don’t cancel your direct debit yourself.
